SportsMNGR LLC (“SportsMNGR,” “we,” “us”) operates an all-in-one sports operations platform that helps players, teams, clubs, leagues, and governing bodies organize, compete, and communicate. This policy describes what information we collect and how we use it.
When you create an account we collect your name, email address, and — if you choose to provide it — your mobile phone number. As you use the platform we store the content you create (teams, schedules, rosters, messages, documents) to provide the service.
We may send SMS messages for the following purposes, only to users who have opted in:

Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. All text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We may share your information only with service providers (such as our SMS delivery provider) strictly to perform the services described above.
With your consent we send email notifications for the same purposes: sign-in links, event reminders, announcements, documents, and messages. You can change your notification preferences at any time in Settings.
We use your information to operate and improve the platform, deliver the notifications you have opted into, secure your account, and provide support. We do not sell your personal information.
We retain account data while your account is active. You may update your contact details and notification preferences in Settings, opt out of SMS by replying STOP, or contact us to request deletion of your account data.
